Product Description
Transformers can transform the grid voltage into the voltage required by the system or load to achieve the transmission and distribution of electrical energy. As a new energy-saving power distribution equipment, amorphous alloy transformers mainly derive from the use of a new type of iron-based amorphous alloy materials with excellent soft magnetic properties. SBH15-M series products comply with national standards GB1094 "Power Transformer" and GB / T25446-2010 "Technical Parameters and Requirements of Oil-immersed Amorphous Alloy Iron Core Distribution Transformer".
Features
1. Amorphous alloy is a new type of strip material. Amorphous alloy material has no crystal structure, small magnetizing power and high resistivity, so the eddy current loss is small.
2. Using this material as the iron core can produce a new type of energy-saving transformer. The no-load loss is more than 75% lower than the current S11 type distribution transformer. The iron core is a wound iron core structure, three-phase five-pillar type, and the cross section is rectangular.
3. The coil is rectangular, high voltage is wound with acetal enameled wire, and low voltage is wound with flat wire or copper foil, which increases the ability of the transformer to withstand short circuit.
4. Dyn11 is used in the transformer connection group to avoid the influence of high-order harmonics and to withstand unbalanced load, which significantly improves the quality of power supply.
5. The transformer is filled with vacuum oil, which can completely eliminate air bubbles in the coil and ensure stable insulation performance.
6. The oil storage cabinet is eliminated, and the corrugated or chip radiator is used as the cooling component instead of the oil pipe. There is an inflatable cushion on the oil tank, which can be compressed as the volume of the transformer oil expands. Deterioration and dampness of insulation enhance operation reliability, and maintenance-free during normal operation.
