Features
The core is formed by winding amorphous alloy strip, and the three-phase five-column or three-phase three-column core structure is used as required. The core cross-section is rectangular; the high-voltage coil is a segmented cylindrical coil with thin insulation and vacuum casting , Axial air channel is provided in the large-capacity winding, the coil has a high withstand voltage level, low partial discharge, good dustproof and cooling effect.
The low-voltage coil adopts a foil coil, and the DMD prepreg is heat-cured between the layers, which effectively solves the problem of ampere-turn imbalance when the low-voltage and high-current coil is wound by wire. At the same time, the foil coil does not have an axial winding spiral angle. The axial force that the transformer bears during short circuit is greatly reduced, the process is good, the additional loss is low, and the short circuit resistance is strong; according to the user's needs, it can be equipped with ordinary steel plate, aluminum alloy or stainless steel shell, and the protection grade is IP20, IP23, etc., According to user needs, high and low voltage bus inlet and outlet interfaces can be configured.
